1. Who we are

Rebeen GPS Pro is a fleet tracking service provided by NetSoft ("we", "us"). The service shows the position, movement and status of vehicles that belong to an organisation, on a map, in the mobile app and in the web panel.

For the personal data described below, the organisation that owns the account - your employer or fleet operator - decides what is tracked and who may see it. We process that data on their behalf and for our own account administration, security and support.

2. Information we collect

a. Account information

• Name, email address and phone number of the people who sign in.
• Your role in the account (for example administrator, operator, viewer).
• Password, stored only as a one-way hash - we never keep the password itself.
• Language and interface preferences you choose in the app.

b. Vehicle and tracking data

The vehicles in your fleet carry GPS tracking devices. Those devices send us, and we store and display:

• Position (latitude, longitude), time, speed and direction of travel.
• Trip and stop history, distances, idle time and route playback.
• Vehicle status and telemetry the device reports, such as ignition, engine hours, battery or supply voltage, fuel level and inputs from attached sensors.
• Geofences (zones you draw on the map) and the alerts they generate, including entry, exit, speed, idle and towing or movement alerts.
• The name, plate number and other labels your organisation gives to a vehicle.

This data describes vehicles, not your phone. It does not come from your mobile device's own location.

c. App, device and notification data

• Device model, operating system version and app version.
• IP address, and the time of requests to our servers, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• A push notification token, so alert notifications can reach your device.

d. Phone location (optional)

If you grant the location permission, the app may use your phone's location to show where you are on the map next to your vehicles. This is used inside the app only. You can refuse or withdraw it in your phone's settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.

e. Support communications

If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you and improve the service.

f. What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone or camera, and we do not collect advertising identifiers. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service: showing vehicles on the map, calculating trips and stops, drawing zones and sending the alerts you configure.
• To sign you in, keep your session secure and apply the permissions of your role.
• To deliver push notifications about the alerts you asked for.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, unauthorised access and technical faults, and keeping backups.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations that apply to us.
• To improve the service, using aggregated and de-identified information.

4. Legal bases

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service you or your organisation signed up for); our legitimate interests (security, support, service improvement); your consent (push notifications and phone location, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising or for tracking you across other apps or websites.

6. How long we keep it

• Account information: while the account is active, and for a short period after closure to meet legal obligations.
• Vehicle positions and history: while the account is active, for the period your organisation has configured.
• Server logs: a limited period, normally no more than 90 days.
• Support messages: up to two years.

When you ask us to delete data, we remove it from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

7. How we protect it

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to the servers and to fleet data is restricted by role and by account, and administrative access is limited to staff who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to keep yours protected and to tell you about any breach that affects you, as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to provide it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent for notifications or phone location at any time.

Write to support@gpsserviceiq.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Data about a vehicle usually belongs to the organisation that owns the account. If you are a driver or employee and want a vehicle's data corrected or removed, please contact that organisation first; we will help them act on your request.

9. Where your data is processed

Our servers are hosted in data centres that may be outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we use the safeguards the law requires for that transfer.

10. Children

The service is a business tool. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
